I am a 17 year old 11th grader at Brattleboro Union High School. I have lived in Brattleboro, Vermont for 14 years. Before this I lived in East Hardwick, Vermont, Craftsbury, Vermont, and then Spofford, New Hampshire. I was born in a tiny town named Berlin, Vermont on December 28th, 1990. Berlin is a very small town right next to Vermont's state capital, Montpelier. Sports are a large and important part of my life. I have played soccer for 11 years. In addition to soccer I ski with friends and family in the winter, swim on the swim team in the summer, and am part of the track team in the spring.
I have many friends inside and outside of school. My friends come from different aspects and parts of my life. I have friends who play sports such as soccer, track, swim, and ski with me. Then I have friends that I share common academic interests with or am part of the same extracuricular activities with such as yearbook. My other friends come from familyconnections and interests.
I love to have fun and hang out with friends but I also am a very serious students and work hard to get good grades. I also love to travel, learn, and interact with people from different countries and cultures. I am planning to go on to college after high school and am thinking of pursuing a career in the field of international studies.
